Purchaser shall be solely responsible for investigating a proposed domain name to be purchased's, trademark ownership and status, trademark infringement status, social media account name ownership and infringement, and trade name infringement status. Seller shall have no responsibity to provide a buyer, a domain name's trademark status, infringement status, social media account name infringement and trade name infringement status.
If you want SR TECH GROUP LLC to operate as a BROKER on your BEHALF. SR TECH GROUP LLC's AUTHORITY. During our representation, marketing or brokerage agreement, SR TECH GROUP LLC may take, to the exclusion of all others, any action it deems necessary to market, promote and facilitate the sale of the Domain you wish us to sell on your behalf, by using our available resources which may include, but are not limited to, newsletter, phone, email & social marketing, auctions, or other commercially reasonable means.
